Dr Chris Fenn, Nutritionist, Author, Adventurer & Motivational Speaker Chris makes sense of the myths and misunderstanding about food, to help you make better food choices, have more energy and reach your full potential. Chris was a lecturer in Nutritional Sciences in Aberdeen, before setting up her own business as a Nutrition Consultant, running workplace seminars, writing two books (“Forget the Fear of Food” & “The Energy Advantage”) and leading expeditions up Mount Kilimanjaro. Chris regularly contributes to radio and TV programmes and is currently writing her third book.

Sally Wills, Mental Health and Wellbeing Specialist Passionate about the importance of mental health and wellbeing, Sally has worked in this area for the last few years in both New Zealand and Scotland. Originating from NZ, she trained and practised there as a clinical psychologist, and subsequently supported the development of national harm reduction programmes in particular areas of mental health. Since moving to Scotland, Sally now works as an independent consultant and trainer with particular interests in emotional resilience, cognitive behaviour therapy and neuroscience.
